High Temperature Resistance Al2O3 42% Fire Clay Anchor Brick for Cement Kiln

Introduction:

Fire clay brick is made from clinker clay by mixing, forming, drying, sintering and matching.

The refractoriness of clay bricks is comparable to that of silica bricks, which is as high as 1690 to 1730°C, but the softening temperature of the bricks is 200°C lower than that of silica bricks. Because the clay brick contains not only high refractoriness mullite crystals, but also nearly half of the low-melting amorphous glass phase.

Fire clay brick has the feature of high strength, strong wear resistance, low Fe2O3, strong carbon deposition resistance.

Manufacturing Process Flow:

First, qualified raw materials enter to our raw materials warehouse

Second, all materials including fine powders, aggregates, binding agent are batched according to the technical agreement.

Third, finished raw materials is shaped by 630 tons pressure machine or 2500 tons automatic hydraulic pressure machine.

Forth, green bricks is dried in the dry kilns between 40℃ and 120 ℃, and then sintering in high temperature according to the firing curve.

Last, check the quality of finished refractory bricks and qualified products are packed as request.

Standard size sample is free, but the air freight is collect or you pay us the cost in advance.
