Compound Insulating Furnace Roof Light Weight Castable Refractory Cement

Product Introduction:
At present, the fire wall roof for the anode roasting furnace used in production of carbon products is made of refractory castables. The bulk density for the current castables is above 2.2g/cm3, so the thermal conductivity is higher than need, and will cause the high temperature on the surface of roasting furnace.

We developed the compound insulating roof which is made of the castables.The advantages of castables are high refractoriness for high temperature region, and the high strength insulating castable with bulk density no more than 1.5g/cm3 for non-high temperature region.
The most superior advantage of the castables is increasing heat storage rate, reducing the fuel consumption and cut down the temperature on furnace surface. As the temperature is even between top and bottom furnace, it will significantly improve the quality of anode carbon block, also reduce the fuel consumption for anode carbon block in roasting, greatly reduce the operators’ labor intensity.
