Good Thermal Shock Resistance Zircon Bricks, Refractory Bricks for Fireplaces

Introduction

Zircon brick is made of ZrO2 and zirconium corundum clinker as materials. It is produced by mixing, molding, drying and sintering at high temperature in shuttle kiln.

Features of zircon brick:

1. High mechanical strength at normal and high temperature.

2. Good thermal shock resistance.

3. Low creep and low permanent liner change rate.

Package of refractory brick:

1: 15-21 crates/ pallets can be loaded in one 20' container
2: Crate or pallet size: length isless than 1.3m, width is between 0.6 and 1.1m
3: Gross weight of each crate or pallet shall be around 1 metric ton and shall not exceed 1.8 metric ton
4: Special requirement of packing details are acceptable
5: A packing list will be issued for approval after designing.
