Introduction
Zircon corundum brick is adopts alumina powder and zircon sand as raw material, after mixing, shaping, drying, sintering at high temperature in shuttle kiln, the whole process is finished.
Features of zircon brick:

Manufacturing Process Flow:
First, qualified raw materials enter to our raw materials warehouse
Second, all materials including fine powders, aggregates, binding agent are batched according to the technical agreement.
Third, finished raw materials is shaped by 630 tons pressure machine or 2500 tons automatic hydraulic pressure machine.
Forth, green bricks is dried in the dry kilns between 40℃ and 120 ℃, and then sintering in high temperature according to the firing curve.
Last, check the quality of finished refractory bricks and qualified products are packed as request.

1. What’s your main products scope?
Our main products are dense refractory bricks and monolithic refractories, including alumino-silicate refractories, magnetite-alumina refractory, special high grade refractories, refractory cement, castable refractory and so on.
2. Do you provide samples?
Standard size sample is free, but the air freight is collect or you pay us the cost in advance.
3. What’s your MOQ?
Normally we don’t have particular requirements on the MOQ. But we will charge the mold cost when the quantity of per shape is small.
