Introduction of Cr-Zr Corundum Mullite Composite Insulating Brick:
The dense part is made of fused mullite, fused corundum and Guangxi white clay as raw material and the lightweight part is made of mullite hollow ball, cyanite, flint clay and Guangxi white clay, shaped in high pressure, sintered in high temperature.
The lining design about the rotary kiln of hazardous waste is two-layer masonry, the inner insulation layer is made of lightweight clay brick, and the refractory layer is made of dense refractory brick. It can no longer be used, when the dense refractory brick is worn to 120mm.
In order to solve this problem, our company designs the Cr- Zr corundum compounding brick. The refractory brick has 180mm overall (generally designed according to 300mm), when the refractory brick is worn to 120mm which can continue to use 3-5 months.

High temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good erosion resistance to sulfur, chlorine, fluorine and basic salts, and low thermal conductivity

Used for the lining of rotary kiln for hazardous waste and high temperature equipment.
